Hopes, Intentions, and Themes for 2025

Prompt: What are your hopes, intentions, and themes for 2025? How do you want to feel at the end of this year?

In 2025, I want to build a life that feels like mine—one that is steady, fulfilling, and aligned with who I truly am. My hopes center on finding joy in the everyday, feeling at home in my body and my new city, and creating a sense of belonging in a community that values me for who I am.

My intentions are to move through the year with gentle persistence—prioritizing my health without frustration, embracing creativity as a source of both expression and connection, and allowing myself to receive as much as I give. I will nurture my independence while also leaning into friendships, seeking adventure without pushing beyond my limits, and making space for rest without guilt.

By the end of the year, I want to feel settled and thriving. I want to look back and see growth—not in productivity, but in self-trust, joy, and alignment. I want to know that I showed up for myself, step by step, and created a life that feels both soft and strong.
